Re: Video material owned by [Video Activist], a member of the [Video Activist] collective,
documenting the Aryan Nations parade and Anti-Racist Action
counter-demonstration on July 10, 1999 in Coure d'Alene, Idaho
for use in the [Profitable Films] documentary "Hateful People"

Conditions of Use:

[Video Activist] (The Licensor) grants [Profitable Films] (The Broadcaster) special limited, non-exclusive broadcast rights to air her footage
of the Aryan Nations parade as part of the documentary "Hateful People" to be aired on ### Networks for one
time and one repeat within the next 5 years at the rate of $60 per second. This footage may be used for
home video for an ADDITIONAL rate of $5 per second, for a total of $65 per second.

The Broadcaster may use this footage for their program and may not resell or redistribute this footage to
any other production companies or media outlets anywhere. Any additional uses or broadcasts must be
requested from [Video Activist] in writing. All rights reserved.

Terms: Minimum of 30 seconds, at $60 per second, plus cost of dub and shipping for Beta Master.
Master will be made and shipped by [Video Activist] upon signature of this contract by both parties.
Five years only, two times broadcast commencing on first broadcast. Payment is due based on total
minutes used at completion of editing for "Hateful People."

Media: Free to Air television, basic/pay cable, and satellite-delivered television. Home video will cost an
additional rate of $5 per second. NO WEB RIGHTS are granted for this footage.

Purpose: Global Corporate Networks documentary produced by .

Territory: World wide

Please include our web site address [website] in the "For More Information" section of your web site. We also request
a VHS copy of the final broadcast.

Permission is granted for use of said footage with these conditions only.
